CLOSED

Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day. NQM is also closed during the first week of January each year for maintenance.

The National Quilt Museum will be closed on August 5, 2025. We will reopen on August 6, 2025.

Add-On Ticket: Guided Tours

Make your visit memorable! Experience a tour of the current exhibitions and NQM Collection quilts, led by an NQM staff member or volunteer, and learn more about how the quilts are made, their unique back stories, and inspirations of the artists.

Guided tours are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 11am and last approx. 45 minutes. Tours are an additional cost of $10 per person (12 & Under Free with Adult). Your guide will meet you at the Atrium doors in the lobby.

Tour tickets can be purchased with Admission online in advance, or on arrival at the front desk.

Free admission for McCracken County residents every
1st Monday of the month.

Galleries are fully wheelchair accessible and the museum has wheelchairs available for guest use at no additional charge.

Pets
Pet & Weapon Policies

No pets are allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. No guns, knives or weapons are allowed on premises.
