How will I receive my ticket?
You will receive your ticket by email along with helpful information about your visit. You will need to bring this email with you, either on a mobile device or as a printout. If you have purchased your ticket, but did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to find your ticket, please email our guest experience manager at lpeck@quiltmuseum.org or call (270) 442-8856 ext. 209.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You will receive your ticket by email, which you will need to bring with you, either on a mobile device or as a printout.
What to do if I arrive and the museum and cannot find my ticket?
If you are unable to find your email on your mobile device, please first check your spam folder. If you are still unable to find your ticket, a Guest Experience staff member will be able to help you confirm your purchase with your photo ID, email address and date of purchase.
How long should I allow for a visit to the museum?
We recommend that you set aside two hours, but of course you are welcome to stay longer.
What should I do when I arrive at the museum?
Please ensure that you have your ticket with you, preferably on your mobile device. Be prepared to present it upon entry. Restrooms and The National Quilt Museum Gift Shop are accessible upon arrival.
Is there a charge for parking at the museum?
No, parking is free at The National Quilt Museum. If the museum lots are full, there are free City of Paducah parking lots and street parking within walking distance of the museum.
Is the museum accessible to visitors with mobility needs?
Yes, the main entrance of the museum and all areas within the museum are accessible by wheelchair.
If I am unable to visit, may I return my ticket for a refund?
Your ticket is good for one year after the purchase date. Please note that donations, including those made as part of your ticket purchase, are non-refundable. Your support, large or small, makes a difference to the success of The National Quilt Museum – thank you.
