To request a refund, email [email protected]. You will receive a free shipping label via email. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error by NQM staff.
Refunds will not be issued for items that have been damaged or modified in any way.
