As you know, The National Quilt Museum brings the work of today's quilters to new audiences around the globe. The Museum is primarily funded through the generosity of the quilting community. December 1st starts our Year-End Fundraising Campaign. This is one of our most important annual fundraisers.
This year Mark Dunn of Moda Fabrics has generously offered to match all money donated to The National Quilt Museum Year-End Fundraising Campaign dollar-for dollar. This means that the money you donate will be DOUBLED.
2016 is the Museum's 25th year serving the quilting community. Thanks to your ongoing support, we have been able to bring the work of today's quilting community to millions of people worldwide through Museum travelling and in-house exhibits, education programs, and advocacy efforts.
This year we have a goal of raising $60,000 from the Year-End Campaign. To achieve this goal requires the involvement of EVERYONE passionate about quilting. The extra money would predominantly be used to expand programs and make some necessary building and signage improvements.
