Quilt Camp 2021

 

 

Campers will learn a variety of quilting skills and techniques in each session. Beginner quilters focus on machine piecing, ironing, and the process of quilting. Intermediate & Advanced campers will expand their basic skills to include rotary cutting, machine quilting, and binding. Each day campers will explore the exhibits in the museum galleries.

Tiers

 

Beginner I: Ages 7-10 Tuesday, June 22 – Thursday, June 24, 2021
9:30 am – Noon 
Beginner II: Ages 11-17  Tuesday, June 22 – Thursday, June 24, 2021
2:00 - 4:30 pm
Intermediate: Ages 11-17 Monday, June 28 – Thursday, July 1, 2021
9:30 am – Noon
Prerequisite: minimum 2 years of Beginner Camp
Advanced: Ages 13-17 Monday, June 28 – Thursday, July 1, 2021
2:00 - 4:30 PM
Prerequisite: minimum 2 years of Intermediate Camp

COVID-19 Precautions:

- All teachers & campers will remain masked during class times, except during snack break.

 - All class sizes are limited to 12 students.

-Campers will have their own work stations and supplies, allowing for social distancing. Distances may be less than 6’ at times for instruction.

- All stations will be sanitized between classes.
